资源简介:
The clavicular area is a well-established site for harvesting 39 full-thickness skin grafts (FTSG). However, because grafts are often round shaped, standing cutaneous cones need to be removed to allow primary closure of the donor area. This increases surgery duration (additional hemostasis and suturing), leads to longer linear scars (approximately three times the original defect diameter) and may increase the risk of postoperative complications such as dehiscence in patients taking anticoagulants.
