Bat metacommunity ecology in a subtropical elevational gradient in Brazil

Data and code to reproduce the main analyzes from the paper "Spatial and seasonal variation in bat assemblages along a subtropical elevational gradient from a metacommunity ecology perspective".<br>This includes:<br>1. "data.Rdata": R file with occurrence data for each species across sites, seasons, nights and sampling methods, as well as other data necessary to run the Multispecies N-mixture model.<br>2. "model code negbin N-mixture" code in JAGS language of the model used in the paper.<br>3. "fit model": R script to run the model<br>4. "Community descriptors": R script to perform assemblage-level analyses.
