资源简介:
(!) This new version fixes a small error in the hazard calculation coordinates for the sites.
This repository contains the seismic hazard models from the manuscript submitted for publication to NHESS: Consistency of seismic hazard estimates from a physics-based earthquake simulator: a case study in south-eastern Spain.
The "ebsz_hz_models.zip" file contains all hazard models computed in the study. Each hazard model is stored in a separate directory, containing input files for OpenQuake calculations and output files (hazard results).
Models 1 to 3 contain the hazard models from RSQSim simulated catalogues cat-21 and cat-18, and an area source model. These models calculate seismic hazard at 10 sites across the Eastern Betic Shear Zone (EBSZ) with site-specific Vs30 values. The simulated ruptures from cat-21 and cat-18 considered for the hazard models are from Mw 5.5 and above.
Models 4 to 6 contain hazard models from RSQSim simulated catalogues cat-21 and cat-18, and an area source model. These models calculate regional seismic hazard maps across the EBSZ with a constant Vs30 value. The simulated ruptures from cat-21 and cat-18 considered for the hazard models are from Mw 5.5 and above.
Models 7 to 9 are equivalent to models 1 to 3, but with a different magnitude threshold for simulated rupture consideration. In this case simulated ruptures are considered for Mw 5 and above.
Hazard results correspond to site-hazard curves and maps for both PGA and PGV, which are stored within the respective ./results directory of each hazard model directory.
In this repository, we also provide two gifs with the simulated rupture sets of Mw 5.5 and above from cat-21 and cat-18. These ruptures are those used to build the main simulation-based hazard models shown in the manuscript.
