It further calculates the quantity ranges of different types of intellectual property, to provide support for intellectual property strategy formulation and application guidance for enterprises preparing to go public in the Hangzhou region. The core data of this dataset is the intellectual property data of listed enterprises in Hangzhou. The algorithmic rules for processing the intellectual property data are as follows: 1. Data Collection: Retrieve the quantities of invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents of target enterprises via third-party intellectual property retrieval platforms, based on information such as region, enterprise type, and patent names. 2. Data Preprocessing: Clean and categorize the collected raw data by eliminating duplicate entries and records with missing values. 3. Data Calculation: Compute the number of subsidy grants each enterprise in the region has obtained, as well as the total number of patents for each enterprise. Two key ratios are derived: - Proportion of received subsidy grants in total intellectual property count = Number of obtained subsidy grants / Total number of patents - Average subsidy amount per grant = Total subsidy amount / Number of obtained subsidy grants Data Application: Based on the proportion ranges of received subsidy grants in the total intellectual property count, this dataset offers targeted intellectual property strategy formulation and application guidance for enterprises of various scales preparing to go public, assisting them in rationally laying out their patent portfolios. It also encourages enterprises to independently conduct R&D and apply for patents eligible for national subsidies, which facilitates their long-term development and strategic planning.
