Title: Real-world vitiligo management in Argentina: bridging guidelines and practice

In this article we describe how dermatologists’ approach and manage patients with vitiligo in a real-life setting and compare these results with the approach that international guidelines and consensus propose. Our objective was to assess Argentinian dermatologists’ attitude towards vitiligo management and to evaluate their adherence to international guidelines recommendations. An observational, cross-sectional study using an anonymous, voluntary survey specifically designed by the authors, which was delivered by email to dermatologists from the Sociedad Argentina de Dermatología, between March 1, 2024, and May 30, 2024. The data related to the physician's years of experience, vitiligo history, and comorbidities researched by the dermatologist during the initial interview with the patient, type of laboratory tests required at diagnosis, frequency of skin biopsy performance to assess the diagnosis, usage of tools to document the disease and treatment decisions, was collected through a survey本文详述了皮肤科医师在真实临床场景中对白癜风（vitiligo）患者的诊疗路径，并将该实践方案与国际指南及共识所推荐的诊疗方案进行对比。本研究旨在评估阿根廷皮肤科医师对白癜风诊疗的态度，并考察其对国际指南推荐方案的依从性。 本研究为观察性横断面研究，采用研究者自主设计的匿名自愿调查问卷，于2024年3月1日至2024年5月30日期间，通过电子邮件向阿根廷皮肤病学会（Sociedad Argentina de Dermatología）的注册皮肤科医师发放。本次调研通过问卷收集了以下维度的数据：医师从业年限、初诊访谈时皮肤科医师所采集的白癜风病史与共病情况、确诊所需的实验室检测项目类型、用于辅助诊断的皮肤活检实施频率、疾病记录工具的使用情况，以及诊疗决策相关信息。
