Microclimate and soil-type effects on chlorpyrifos degradation kinetics in tropical agricultural soils

This dataset supports the article “Microclimate and soil-type effects on chlorpyrifos degradation kinetics in tropical agricultural soils.” It includes the raw degradation data, microclimate measurements, and representative chromatograms used to validate analytical selectivity. Contents: Figure3_Chlorpyrifos_Degradation.xlsx – daily concentrations (mg·kg⁻¹) for Ultisol and peat soils under light and dark conditions. DATA Temperature, RH, Intensity.xlsx – daily microclimate measurements. Figure 5_full_intervals_DSI.csv – interval-based rate constants (k̂) and Dry–Sunny Index (DSI) values. Sampel C0H0 (I,II) gambut.pdf and Sampel C0H0 (I,II) mineral.pdf – GC–FPD chromatograms confirming selectivity at day 0 for both soils in the dark condition. The dataset promotes transparency of the kinetic modeling presented in the manuscript but does not include chromatograms for all time points because the analytical protocol is designed to quantify only the parent chlorpyrifos compound using phosphorus-mode FPD.
