Analysis of the correlation between LMP1 and p22^phox expression NPC tissues and non-cancer tissues.

Note: In total, 30 NPC tissues from patients and 19 non-cancer tissues were collected and analyzed by real-time PCR. The correlation was calculated using Pearson’s method. In NPC tissue samples, p22phox mRNA expression positively correlated with LMP1 mRNA (p = 0.007). In non-cancer tissues, p22phox mRNA expression did not correlate with LMP1 expression (p = 0.27).
