Dataset supporting "Hybrid Transport-of-Intensity and Polarization Differential Phase Contrast for Extended Spatial-Frequency Phase Imaging"
收藏资源简介:
Dataset supporting the manuscript “Hybrid Transport-of-Intensity and Polarization Differential Phase Contrast for Extended Spatial-Frequency Phase Imaging.” This deposit contains processed quantitative phase data and supporting material used to evaluate hybrid polarization differential phase contrast (hpDPC), which combines polarization differential phase contrast (pDPC) and transport-of-intensity equation (TIE) phase information through spatial-frequency fusion. The dataset includes representative pDPC and TIE phase reconstructions used for hpDPC fusion examples, the associated hpDPC results, simulation-supporting material, and the data and metadata supporting the proof-of-concept phase-image classification experiment. The classification release includes corresponding pDPC, TIE, and hpDPC phase data, fixed evaluation coordinates, binary labels, per-seed prediction probabilities, ensemble probabilities, and summary performance metrics. Phase TIFF files are stored as single-channel 32-bit floating-point data with phase values in radians. Files with corresponding identifiers represent the same field of view across modalities. The deposit begins from precomputed pDPC and TIE phase reconstructions. The hpDPC spectral-fusion implementation and manuscript simulation are maintained in the associated GitHub repository and archived separately as a versioned Zenodo software release.
