JUDICIAL POWER IN THE SYSTEM OF SEPARATION OF POWERS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: HISTORICAL-METHODOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

The article examines the essence of judicial power in the system of separation of powers, defines judicial power, reveals its main functions, analyzes the structure of the judicial system, including the Supreme, Constitutional, and Magistrate courts of the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of judicial power in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and federal laws of the Russian Federation.
