Dissolved CO₂ mapping of Furnas volcanic lake (São Miguel, Azores) at different depths, and 3D reconstruction of the total dissolved CO₂

Source data related to the submitted manuscript "CO2 budget from a 3D chemical tomography of a degassing volcanic lake (Lagoa das Furnas, São Miguel, Azores)" (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jvolgeores.2024.108012). The three files contain: S1: contains the raw measurements of physicochemical parameters (pH, temperature, ORP etc.) and dissolved CO2 (measured and calculated from pH and alcalinity with AQUAENV) at different sites and depths at Furnas Lake. S2: contains the physicochemical parameters (pH, temperature, ORP etc.) measured at ~1m depth along a longitudinal transect (north-south) at Furnas Lake. S3: interpolated dissolved CO2 values at different sites and depths at Furnas Lake (with a voxel of 15.18 m ✕ 20.12 m ✕ 1 m) for lower and upper estimates of dissolved CO2 obtained with AQUAENV.
