The data uploaded in this study is mainly divided into two parts.A behavioral experiment   Identification of partnership establishment: Using the time spent exploring on both sides of the familiar partner rat and the unfamiliar rat in the three-box preference experiment as an indicator, the SD rats' innate preference for unfamiliar mice (preferring to explore in the unfamiliar mouse side of the box) is used as an indicator. Familiarity was determined after two weeks of coexistence with partner mice. In Excel, the corresponding S% is the percentage of time on the side of the stranger mouse, and F% is the percentage of time on the side of the partner mouse. The test time is 8:30-16:00 during the day.    Detection of the level of empathic behavior: Using the social fear transfer model, the model is divided into two detection stages: receiving intermittent acoustic stimulation (FCbP) in the same room with the partner rat after receiving the combined stimulation of buzzing and electrical stimulation; Alone in a room, receiving intermittent acoustic stimulation (FET). In FCbP, social behavior with partner mice is mainly used as an indicator of emotional empathy, and in FET, freezing behavior is used as an indicator of cognitive empathy; here, social times% and social time%, and freeze times% and freeze time% are used as judgments index. High performance liquid phase experiment   In this experiment, samples were firstly collected from four groups of animals in low temperature environment, which are BLA/HiP/mPFC three brain regions strongly related to anxiety, depression and empathy. Then carry out cracking and sample preparation; finally, the content of DA/NE/5-HT was detected in the U3000 high performance liquid chromatograph of Thermo Fisher (Waltham, Massachusetts, USA). The peak time of NE was determined, and the regression curve of peak area and concentration was constructed for subsequent conversion of brain tissue content. After that, the corresponding samples of each tissue are numbered and put into the instrument for detection according to the set procedure. The exported files were converted to PDF files using Chromeleon 7.0 for data analysis. Finally, use the regression curve of each monoamine transmitter to convert the area under the peak corresponding to each sample to the concentration, and then complete.
