This dataset contains the Particle Tracking Velocimetry (PTV) Matlab (tm) scripts used to process highspeed camera images captured during a series of wind tunnel experiments of sand particle motion. Several scripts are used to automatically identify and track sand particles using expected area searching, and size comparisons, then output the descriptive statistics and raw data variables from these identified trajectories and processed frames. A final script then processes those identified trajectories into vertical measurements of grain borne stress and other pairwise (1 time step) kinematics. This code was developed in the Trent University Environmental Wind Tunnel during Dr O'Brien's PhD work, and further modified during his Postdoctoral research.
