16S ribosomal DNA identification

The aim of this project is to investigate the effects of different vegetation types on soil chemical properties, enzyme activities and bacterial community structure in saline wetland ecosystems. By comparing and analysing soil samples from different vegetation cover areas, the project will reveal the intrinsic relationship between vegetation types and soil microbial ecology, and provide a scientific basis for the ecological restoration of saline wetlands and optimal allocation of vegetation.
