Congenic genotypes

“Congenic genotypes” This table shows sequenom generated SNP genotypes across the genomes of SHR-A3 and the SHR-A3(IgH-B2) congenic lines. There are two columns of genotypes for two individual SHR-A3(IgH-B2) congenics. These are both progeny of the same founders. All their genotypes outside of the IgHlocus are identical to SHR-A3. The list includes two genotypes targeting the proximal and distal ends of the IgHlocus. These were typed by PCR and gel analysis. Both are SHR-B2 alleles.
