NONCODE是一个综合性的非编码RNA知识数据库，特别专注于长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)。该数据库整合了非编码RNA(不包括tRNA和rRNA)的相关信息，提供基因浏览、搜索、统计分析、序列比对、疾病关联等功能。NONCODE当前版本为v6.0，包含多种物种的转录本数据及其保守性信息。NONCODE is a comprehensive non-coding RNA knowledge database with a specific focus on long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs). This database integrates relevant information of non-coding RNAs (excluding tRNAs and rRNAs), and provides functions including gene browsing, searching, statistical analysis, sequence alignment, disease association and others. The current version of NONCODE is v6.0, which contains transcript data and conservation information of multiple species.
