Single cell transcriptional atlas of mouse Achilles tendons

We report a single cell transcriptome atlas of Achilles tendon from 6-week-old male C57Bl/6 mice using single cell RNA sequencing. The overall objective of the study was to generate an atlas of the distinct cell populations in tendon using single cell RNA sequencing.本研究利用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing）技术，构建并报道了来自6周龄雄性C57Bl/6小鼠跟腱的单细胞转录组图谱。本研究的总体目标为借助单细胞RNA测序技术，绘制肌腱中各类独特细胞群体的转录组图谱。
