Microbial community composition data from silkworm feces-earthworm-soil system in Guangxi revealed by 16S rRNA sequencing

This dataset contains the filtered and taxonomically annotated ASV table (in BIOM format) generated from 16S rDNA sequencing of samples including original soil (OSD), silkworm feces (SF), earthworm gut samples at different densities (DG50, DG80, DG110), and treated soil samples (TSD50, TSD80, TSD110) from an experiment investigating the effects of silkworm feces and earthworms on soil microbial communities in Guangxi, China.
