Immune phenotyping of diverse syngeneic murine brain tumors identifies immunologically distinct types

Whole tissue RNA-seq analysis of end-stage brain tumor tissue collected from 4 different syngenic murine glioblastoma models at end-stage compared with naïve brain tissue. Overall design: To perform expression profiling comparison between 4 different brain tumor models, tumor cells were implanted in brain of C57/Bl6 mice and brains were harvested when mice reached humane end-point. Tissues were collected from 3 mice in each group.
