资源简介:
This study investigates genome-wide evolutionary responses in the non-biting midge Chironomus riparius following chronic exposure to the mosquito larvicide Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (Bti) or heavy metal copper over approximately eight generations. Using Pool-seq (pool-based whole-genome sequencing), we identified stressor-specific allele frequency shifts and reductions in nucleotide diversity. These data support analyses of early-stage adaptation and selection under anthropogenic pollution scenarios in riparian ecosystems.
