Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections pose a serious threat to patients suffering from cystic fibrosis. Additionally, Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates are exposed to a unique set of selective pressures in the lung of cystic fibrosis patients.The goal of this study is to provide genomic data of a mucoid strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from the sputum of a patient suffering from cystic fibrosis.
