To evaluate the contribution of both TUTases on the mRNA steady state level, we produced total RNA-seq libraries from flowers and dry seeds of WT plants and of mutant for URT1 and HESO1. We performed a differential gene expression analysis to identify mRNAs that are differentially accumulated in mutant seeds and flowers when compared to WT Overall design: Total RNA-seq library for flowers and seed for WT plants and for urt1-1, heso1-4 and heso1-4 urt-1 mutants (4 genotypes, 3 biological replicates each) 12 flower samples (4 genotypes with 3 biological replicates)
