Raw soil dataset of the Vellar River Basin, Tamil Nadu

The dataset consists of georeferenced soil samples collected from 280 locations across the Vellar River Basin, Tamil Nadu, India. Each sampling point is represented by geographic coordinates recorded as latitude and longitude in decimal degrees using the WGS 84 coordinate reference system. The dataset includes measured soil physicochemical properties such as pH, electrical conductivity (EC), organic carbon (OC), and available macronutrients including nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K), along with soil textural fractions of sand, silt, and clay.本数据集包含采自印度泰米尔纳德邦韦拉尔河流域280个采样点位的地理参考土壤样品。每个采样点的地理坐标均采用WGS 84坐标参考系（WGS 84 Coordinate Reference System）下的十进制经纬度进行记录。数据集涵盖了实测土壤理化性质参数，包括pH值、电导率（Electrical Conductivity, EC）、有机碳（Organic Carbon, OC），以及有效大量营养元素氮（Nitrogen, N）、磷（Phosphorus, P）、钾（Potassium, K），同时包含砂粒、粉粒、黏粒组成的土壤颗粒组分。
