Eight derivations: quantum gravity (phonons → EFE), Standard Model (root decomposition), masses (knot topology), time (emergent for folds), redshift (global H$_0$), dark matter (local dilation), initial conditions (δ-flaw bounce), hadron spectrum (knot vibrations). All constants derived. 50 predictions. No inflation, no CDM, no Higgs. The universe is E$_8$ folding itself.
