<b>Title:</b> Quantum Vacuum Energy Stabilization via Prime-Based Friction and the DUAL Nominator Framework<b>Description:</b><br>This research presents a novel stabilization framework for quantum vacuum energy, leveraging <b>prime number structures</b>, <b>frictional stabilization</b>, and <b>harmonic oscillations</b>. Utilizing the DUAL Nominator mechanism, we establish a mathematically rigorous model incorporating a 51/49 frictional balance, a finite scaling threshold, and a 90-degree rotational transformation to regulate quantum oscillations.
