This study aimed to investigate the effects of 1,25(OH)2D3 on osteoarthritis and further investigate the molecular mechanism of 1,25(OH)2D3 on repairing osteoarthritis. Primary chondrocytes were isolated from osteoarthritis patients. Primary chondrocytes were then treated with different concentration of 1,25(OH)2D3. The cell viablity was measured by CCK-8 assay. RNA sequencing was performed to 1,25(OH)2D3 treated primary chondrocytes and untreated primary chondrocytes.
