EAT example applications

These are example applications for the Ensemble and Assimilation Tool (EAT). Instructions for running these examples can be found in the contained README.md. This updated version uses Jupyter notebooks for all three applications. It requires EAT version 1.0.0 or higher.本数据集为集合同化工具（Ensemble and Assimilation Tool，EAT）的示例应用集。相关示例的运行说明可参见随附的README.md文件。本次更新后的版本将全部三款应用均适配为使用Jupyter笔记本，且需搭配EAT 1.0.0及以上版本使用。
