BarKA-MS: Fitbit and Fatigue Data of People with Multiple Sclerosis during and after Rehabilitation
收藏资源简介:
This dataset stems from the BarKA-MS (Barrieren zu Körperlicher Aktivität in Multipler Sklerose) trial. It contains basic clinical information and fitbit data. The fitbit data was collected using Fitbit Inspire HR devices and exported using Fitabase. This is the rawest form of data Fitbit makes available. In this study, particpants were recruited when they entered rehabilitation treatment in the Valens Clinics in Switzerland (Week 0 Clinic). At this time baseline clinical data (demographics fatigue, disability state) were collected and participants equipped with Fitbit Inspire HR devices. In-patient rehabilitation treatment went on for four weeks during the last week, fatigue data was collected again (Week 4 Clinic). After these four week of rehabilitation, patients returned home and continued to wear their Fitbit device. Four weeks after returning home a last batch of fatigue data was collected (Week 8 Home).
