stDyer-image improves clustering analysis of spatially resolved transcriptomics and proteomics with morphological images

The source code, processed data and reproducible Jupyter notebooks of stDyer-image. The source code can be found inside the "stDyer-image_code" directory. The README file and Jupyter notebooks describing steps to reproduce results are placed in the root directory after decompression.
