Share of area allocated to leisure activities
收藏资源简介:
In Wallonia, area plans mainly define, by area, the assignments to which the land must be reserved. The Walloon territory is thus entirely divided into areas of habitat, economic activities, public services and community facilities, agricultural areas, forest areas, etc. The activities and settlements that may be authorised in each zone are specified in Articles 26 to 39 of the Walloon Code of Spatial Planning, Urban Planning, Heritage and Energy (CWATUPE). The share of the entity’s area assigned to habitat (habitat and rural habitat) in the area plan was selected as a key indicator.
