WGS of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates of a MDR strain in Chaco, Argentina

WGS of isolates received by the National Reference Laboratory for tuberculosis of a particular strain named Ch locally. This multidrug-resistant (MDR) strain caused numerous cases in the Chaco Province and acquired additional mutations associated with resistance to antituberculous drugs.
