Aurantimicrobium sp. bacterioplankton isolate genome sequencing and assembly

Freshwater bacterioplankton has been observed the worldwide distribution. The strain INA4 was isolated from lake surface water in Japan using the size exclusion assay method (SEAM). These strain was closed to the Aurantimicrobium sp. (Luna2 tribe) which has been reported by Newton et al. (Microbiol Mol Biol Rev., 75(1), 2011, 14-49.) as the environmental clone of 47 lakes. The Aurantimicrobium sp. bacterial reads have been often obtained from surface water of lake and river in Japan.
