CTD measurements collected during the Submesoscale Processes and Lagrangian Analysis on the SHelf (SPLASH) on board the R/V F.G. Walton Smith cruise WS17107 in the Gulf of Mexico from 2017-04-19 to 2017-04-25

This dataset reports CTD measurements. CTD measurements were taken along with turbulence measurements near the drifter deployments of the Submesoscale Processes and Lagrangian Analysis on the SHelf (SPLASH) experiment on board the R/V F.G. Walton Smith cruise WS17107 in the northern Gulf of Mexico from 2017-04-19 to 2017-04-25. The data were collected using a VMP (Vertical Microstructure Profiler) instrument. The cruise WS17107 was led by chief scientist Dr. Brian Haus.
