Each row of the table represent one point used in the analysis. X and y indicate geographic longitude and latitude, respectively. Used shows whether the point was an actual observation using satellite-tracking (used=1) or was randomly selected as an alternative point (used=0). For each observed point, there are 100 alternative points. Groups of matched observed and alternative points share the same stratum code. Also note that the first 6 digits of the stratum code correspond to the individual ID. Distance and relative angel were calculated between starting and all endpoints (i.e. observed and alternative points) of each step. For more information, see Thurfjell et al. (2014).
