Test Cases for Inter-Patient Distances

This is an Excel file with 721 rows. Each row is a case. Column B gives the diagnosis. Column A is the Case Number. Column C is the diagnosis class. Subsequent columns are signs and symptoms as UMLS CUI codes. Cases different in length due to differing numbers of signs and symptoms.本数据集为一份包含721行的Excel文件，每一行对应一个病例。其中A列为病例编号，B列为诊断结果，C列为诊断类别。后续各列以统一医学语言系统（Unified Medical Language System, UMLS）概念唯一标识符（CUI）编码的形式记录各病例的体征与症状。由于不同病例所包含的体征与症状数量存在差异，各行的列数并不一致。
