Posterior samples

Samples from the posterior distribution of tensor probability model parameters. Generated using Gibbs sampling algorithm. Model parameters include the cancer cell line and gene representations distilled from the Cancer Dependency Map data.<br>File contained here is a .zip file, which has .csv files for each group of model parameters. Numbers following parameter names indicate the Gibbs iteration.<br>Note that these samples are *unaligned* and should be aligned with a Procrustes procedure before taking posterior summaries.
