This dataset contains large-scale recordings from layer 2/3 neurons in mouse
primary visual cortex (V1) collected under awake, head-fixed conditions.
It supports the study “Functional bipartite invariance in mouse primary visual
cortex receptive fields” (Ding, Tran, et al., Nature Neuroscience, 2026).
The data include two-photon calcium imaging from 17 mice as well as model-predicted
neuronal responses generated using an inception loop framework that integrates
predictive modeling with in vivo validation. The repository provides preprocessed
neural responses, stimulus images, and associated behavioral measurements necessary
to reproduce and extend the analyses reported in the study.
