Unidentified Amoebozoa was non-axenically isolated from a Lake Zurich freshwater sample. The cultures were stored at 18C with 11 hours of light per day in tissue culture flasks filled with 50 mL culture medium (autoclaved Swiss Aplina water, low carbonic acid). The cyanobacterium Planktothrix rubescens strain A7 served as a food source. This is a metagenomic sequencing of the non-axenic culture.
