We have developed a comprehensive toolkit Seq2Sat/SatAnalyzer to conduct genotype auto- and manual- scoring from microsatellite amplicon sequencing data. Amplicons of 9 microsatellite markers and one sex identification marker from 84 facet samples of caribou (Rangifer tarandus) were submitted to Illumina Miseq for 300 bp pair-end sequencing.
