The invention relates to a rooting medium for culturing subculture bud of high resin P massoniana， which belongs to the technical field of plant propagation. The rooting medium of the invention comprises a medium I for inducing an adventitious root of the subculture bud and a medium II for elongating the adventitious root of the subculture bud; the medium I comprises an adventitious root-inducing rooting agent and a half strength modified MS medium， the adventitious root-inducing rooting agent comprises 1，1-Dimethyl piperidylium chloride， paclobutrazol， a-naphthaleneacetic acid， sodium selenite， reduced glutathione， trehalose， sucrose; the medium II comprises an adventitious root-elongation rooting agent and the half strength modified MS medium， the adventitious root-elongation rooting agent comprises gibberellin GA 1， gibberellin GA 3 ， gibberellin GA4 ， indoleacetic acid， indobutyric acid， ascorbic acid， vitamin E， sucrose; the modified MS medium in the medium I or the medium II comprises KNO 3， NH4 Cl， CaCl2-2H 20， MgSO4-7H20， K2 SO 4 ， NaH2PO4-2H20， FeSO4-7H 20， Na2EDTA， MnSO4-H20， ZnSO4-7H 20， CuSO4-5H 2 0， H 3B0 3， Na2MoO 4 -2H20， KI， CoC12-6H 2 0， vitamin B1 ， vitamin B 6， niacin， inositol.
