Upon download, there were eight (8) open investigations. For each investigation, a PDF of the CSB landing page (with URL links) is included in the archive. There is no README for the archive. The files are arranged as zip files with the date (YYYYMMDD) at the beginning of the zip folder name. There are also a couple of files that pertain to several investigations that are included.
