Two-photon optogenetic connectivity mapping dataset collected using the "targeted" protocol with ChroME2s. The mapping protocol is described in the preprint "Removing direct photocurrent artifacts in optogenetic connectivity mapping data via constrained matrix factorization." The dataset contains the following fields:<code>pscs</code>: K x 900 array containing recorded intracellular currents. K is the number of trials.<code>stimulus_matrix</code>: N x K matrix encoding which neurons were targeted at each trial. Such that <code>stimulus_matrix[i,j]</code>contains the power (in milliwatts) used to stimulate the i-th neuron on trial j.<code>targets</code>: N x 3 matrix encoding the location in 3D space of each target.<br><br>
