Short-term stability of rocky intertidal biofilm to nitrogen and phosphorus pulses

Data of cholorophyll a concentration (Dat_nut_bioiflm.csv), dark yield (∆F/Fm; df.pam_dark_y_light_y.csv) and light yield (∆F'/Fm'; df.pam_dark_y_light_y.csv) of rocky intertidal biofilm in response to nitrogen phosphorous pulses. The dataset Temp_ligh_data_all.csv includes data of temperature and light intensity collected over the course of the experiment.
