Gut dysbiosis is associated with the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), and modulating gut microbiota is reported to be involved in the efficacy of BBR in various diseases. Here we analyzed the overall structural changes of gut microbiota in response to BBR by 16S rDNA sequencing, and investigate the effect of BBR on gut dysbiosis.
