Photographs taken by George Morton. Top and second from bottom show an Airco DH.4 (de Havilland), second from top a Bristol F.2B, and bottom a Farman MF.7 Longhorn. George Henry Herbert Morton has no medal card in the Nation Archives records, suggesting that he went overseas too late to qualify for the War or Victory Medals. He seems to have been attached to the staff of the British Air Attache in Madrid, Lt. Col. Sandy.
