Disaggregated data on staffing in 24 Ministries (269 services) of the State of Chile

The data set corresponds to the staffing of 24 Ministries (264 services) of the State of Chile. It covers a time interval between 2010 and 2020. The variables included are: ID, Name, Sex (corresponding to the identification, name and sex respectively of the official), Ministry, ID_Ministry, Service, ID_Service (corresponding to the Ministry, the short name of the Ministry, the service and short name of the Service where the official works), Year (year in which the official works), Estate, Grade, Profession, Remuneration, Regime (corresponding to the estate [administrative, technical, ...], EUS grade [1,2, ...], profession and annualized average remuneration respectively of the official), FechaIn (date of entry into service), FechaOut (date of exit from service), Longevity (seniority of the official in the service, measured in the maximum interval of 11 years between 2010 and 2020, MaxLongevidadServicio (it is the maximum longevity observed among the officials of the service), Status (1 if the official's longevity is less than the maximum service longevity, 0 if equal).
