DNA somatic copy number aberrations (SCNAs) are key drivers in oesophago-gastric adenocarcinoma (OGA). Whether minimally invasive SCNA analysis of circulating tumour (ct)DNA can predict treatment outcomes and reveal how SCNAs evolve during chemotherapy is unknown.
