Beneficiaries of the Employment Obligation in the Civil Service

The FIPHFP aims to help staff with disabilities stay in employment. It accompanies public employers in this regard. The Caisse des Dépôts is responsible for administrative management. The dataset presents the number of Employment Obligation Beneficiaries (BOE) of taxable employers, depending on their location department. For employers with a national scope, their regional wording is “national employers”, with a department code left blank and a department label equal to “France”. The data are derived from the employers’ declaration sent each year to the Fund for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities into the Public Service (FPIF). The BOEs are: * persons who have been recognised as a disabled worker (RQTH) * victims of accidents at work or occupational diseases, in receipt of a pension, with a permanent partial disability equal to at least 10 % * holders of a disability pension, if it reduces their working capacity by at least two-thirds * former military members in receipt of disability pension * volunteer firefighters who are victims of an accident in the performance of their duties * holders of the disability card * the beneficiaries of the disabled adult allowance In addition to this list of beneficiaries of the employment obligation: reclassified staff, staff members receiving a temporary invalidity allowance and reserved former posts.
