Data Dataset for "Through Thick and Thin: The Cosmic Evolution of Disk Scale Height"

This dataset provides measured global disk vertical scale heights, modeled with a $\mathrm{sech}^2$ profile and effectively averaging thin and thick components when present, for 2631 edge-on (q_d < 0.4) disk galaxies with stellar masses $M_* > 10^{10}\,M_\odot$ over the redshift range $0 < z < 3.5$, drawn from the JWST COSMOS-Web survey. The measurements are presented in Yu et al. (2026). The dataset also includes the correction curves associated with the method developed in Yu et al. (2026) to account for systematic overestimation of scale heights arising from deviations from a perfectly edge-on orientation.
