e-reefs cruise March 2013, Burdekin to Palm Island, HPLC Pigment and Ocean Colour Data

This record contains data collected from a total of 36 stations (sample IDs E1-E35) on the Burdekin to Palm Is cruise. The data can be used for Ocean Colour sensor validation. Parameters measured include Total Suspended Particulate Matter (TSM), including the organic and inorganic fractions; the absorption coefficients of the particulate and dissolved components of the water column and the phytoplankton pigment concentration and composition.
