Example CellProfiler pipeline for the image analysis of the prostate cancer cell floater cultures

Example CellProfiler pipeline for the image analysis of the prostate cancer (LNCaP) floater culture samples (also uploaded to this figShare record under "ZIP-file of fluorescent images of floater prostate cancer cell cultures"). To use this pipeline it should be opened with CellProfiler and the file paths in the first module "Images" (which loads the input images) should be adapted to reflect the location of the images, as well as the output paths in the modules "ExportToSpreadSheet" and "SaveImages".
